Real Estate Economics and Management

(1)Program Introduction

Real Estate Economics and Management is a unique applied program combining multiple subjects, including Economics, Management, Investment and Finance, Demography, Sociology, Architecture, Psychology, Law, Taxation, Land Utilization, etc. With the deepening of China's market economy, the increasing openness of real estate investment, and the globalization of our real estate industry, our society demands more and more interdisciplinary talents with real estate knowledge and skills. Therefore, their education also needs to be adjusted accordingly. Real Estate Economics and Management is an emerging academic direction highly integrating the operation of real estate economy and operation management, which aiming at producing down-to earth professionals with an international perspective.

Real estate finance and investment; real estate market and policy; urban economy and planning management

(3)Objectives

Our students are on a path to become experts with global outlook and comprehensive skillsets in high-end real estate industry, who will explore the relationship between assets and finance over time, improving urban environment development and life quality through real estate investment, operation and management. They will be able to create and manage wealth, and at the same time have the ambition to upgrade and maintain the life and work environment of cities.

(4)Duration and Process

This is a 2-year program. Students would be granted a Master's Degree in Management upon graduation.
