讲座摘要:While smart cities leverage digitalization to provide citizens with real-time service data, they often fall short in addressing systemic resilience against a spectrum of exogenous and endogenous threats. To bridge this critical gap, the ISO 22372 standard has been developed through global co-creation, establishing a comprehensive set of principles to guide resilient infrastructure planning. Moving forward, it is imperative to build compelling business cases for integrating these principles into both organizational projects and multi-organizational programs. This integration will ensure that essential service providers can collectively deliver not only efficiency, sustainability, and decarbonization but also the foundational outcome of infrastructure resilience, enabling societies to flourish in the face of diverse hazards.
