讲座摘要：
Selfish mining of Blockchain is an important phenomenon or evolutionary behavior in Proof of Work (PoW) consensus mechanism and Tree Representation with multiple block branches. It is interesting, difficult and challenging to study such a Blockchain with multiple selfish mining pools. In fact, we have not yet discovered the most basic models and their associated mathematical theory in the study of Blockchain selfish mining in a general technical sense, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, smart contract and so on. This research is a key to motivate our exploration and finding from chains, trees to directed acyclic graph (DAG) in order to express a complete evolutionary and growing process of Blockchain. This talk gives several key points of Blockchain selfish mining as follows: (1) Why to generate the selfish mining; (2) some key results from two mining pools; (3) some key results from multiple mining pools; (4) several difficult and challenging problems we face in the future.
嘉宾简介：
李泉林，博士，教授、博士生导师。1998年在中国科学院应用数学研究所获得博士学位。现为北京工业大学经济与管理学院二级教授、博士生导师。研究兴趣包括随机模型、随机过程、排队论、计算机网络、超市模型、负载调配模型、物联网、大数据、云计算、区块链、数据中心、医疗服务系统、共享经济、供应链管理等方面。他已经在重要的国际学术刊物上发表了60余篇SCI学术论文；30余次担任排队论、随机模型、应用概率与区块链等领域重要国际学术会议的学术委员会委员（4次大会主席）。他获得了2004年教育部新世纪优秀人才、2005年教育部自然科学一等奖、2007年北京市科学技术二等奖、2008年北京市精品课、2013年河北省科技领军人才计划、2014年河北省科学技术二等奖、2015年INFORMS优秀论文奖、2018年第7届计算社会网络国际会议（CSoNet2018）唯一最佳论文奖。
