经济学前沿文献导读（36学时）

该课程是对微观经济学研究的一个介绍。它的目的是引导学生在微观经济学领域能够自己相关项目研究。该课程将教给学生们如何阅读、写作以及发表他们的研究论文。他们也将独立进行项目研究，写一篇学期论文，并且在学期末举行的研讨会上把论文呈现出来。

学生们可以在应用经济学领域（工业的、组织的、城市经济、健康经济、市场、家庭经济等）选择任意一个研究课题，并对这个题目独立进行分析。我希望学生能够建立一个原始的理论模型，并在他们的领域研究一些文献。学期论文必须是一篇可以在会议上得到展示的完整的论文。在学期末，我们讲办一次研讨会，在讨论会上学生们展示自己的论文，然后大家一起讨论。我们还会邀请一些评审来讨论学生们的论文。

Experimental class: Research in microeconomics (36 class hours)

The course is an introduction to research in microeconomics. It aims at bringing students to conduct their own research projects in the field of microeconomics. Students will be taught how to read, write and present research papers. They will also work on a project of their own, write a term paper and present it at a workshop held at the end of the semester.

Students will be asked to choose a research topic in any field of applied microeconomics (industrial organization, urban economics, health economics, marketing, family economics, etc.), and to conduct their own analysis on this topic. Students are expected to build an original theoretical model and to contribute to the literature in their field. The term paper should be a working paper that could be presented at a conference. At the end of the semester, a workshop will be held. Students will present their paper, and discussions will follow. External referees may be invited to discuss the students’ papers.

The basic requirements for this course are a good working knowledge of English, elementary mathematical skills (real analysis), and intermediate microeconomics knowledge.
