Technical innovation management consists of four theories: innovation and innovation management, strategic perspective of innovation, organizational and cultural perspective of innovation, and resource perspectives of innovation. The innovation and innovation management introduces the value of innovation, the connotation and type of innovation, the process and mode of innovation, effective management of innovation, innovation and innovation management in the era of change, including the development of innovation theory and typical innovation process. The strategic perspective of innovation introduces the innovation strategy, independent innovation and open innovation respectively, and analyzes the theory and practice with examples of typical innovative enterprises at home and abroad. The organizational and cultural perspective of innovation introduces the organizational form, process management, innovation institution and culture design, innovation system and other contents in the theory of innovation management, providing students with key factors in addition to technological development that affect the success of innovation. The resource perspectives of innovation introduces fund management, information and knowledge management and human resource management of innovation, and introduces the new trends of innovation management based on the progress of theory and practice.
