The Glodon Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying and Costing course is a programmatic course for engineering majors and a professional core course for students. It aims to cultivate students' basic knowledge and skills in the field of civil engineering quantity surveying and costing, providing necessary support for students in engineering management and engineering cost control. Through studying the Glodon Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying and Costing course, students will be able to master the basic theories and practical skills in the field of civil engineering quantity surveying and costing, preparing them for future work in engineering management and engineering cost control. The course mainly includes the following content:

Engineering quantity calculation: Introducing the basic methods and calculation formulas for civil engineering quantity calculation, including the calculation methods of quantity, length, area, volume, and other related parameters.

Engineering standards: Introducing the content and application methods of various engineering standards at home and abroad, as well as their applicable scope.

Engineering types: Introducing the characteristics and related knowledge points of civil engineering types such as building construction, bridge engineering, foundation engineering, and road engineering.

Unit price analysis: Introducing the cost composition analysis of various engineering projects, including labor, materials, machinery and equipment, management fees, etc., and the methods and applications of unit price analysis.

Bid quotation: Introducing the methods and applications of generating bid quotation documents based on engineering pricing results, as well as related knowledge points of bid quotation.

Contract management: Introducing the methods and applications of generating contract texts based on engineering quantity calculation results, as well as related knowledge points of contract change, contract settlement, etc.

课程目标(Course Objectives


本课程属于专业必修课,将于本科三年级下学期开设,主要采用讲授与实验相融合的教学模式。通过的学习,学生将基本掌握建筑制图、施工组织、成本造价等一系列专业基础知识该门课程开设有机的整合学生已有的工程管理专业知识,提升学生的理论理解应用能力,填补学生的建筑信息技术应用能力培养空缺,着重提高学生的动手实践能力增强学生对于当前行业发展现状前沿的认识和理解。通过学习广联达土建工程计量计价课程,学生将能够掌握土建工程计量计价领域的基本理论和实践技能,为将来在工程管理和工程成本控制领域的工作做好准备。同时挖掘建设工程技术课程蕴含的思想政治教育元素,探索构建“专业技术—思想政治”一体化协同课程体系,使思想政治教育融入人才培养全过程,实现思政教育与专业教育有机统一
