(课程简介英文版) The course of Engineering Contract Management is one of the professional core courses of engineering management undergraduate major, and it is also an important course for students to form professional core competence. The purpose of learning Engineering Contract Management is to enable students majoring in engineering management to be familiar with and master the relevant knowledge of FIDIC construction contract conditions and their application, so that students can understand the key terms in the contract conditions, the composition of construction contract documents, the respective rights and obligations of the owner, the contractor and the subcontractor, and the process of engineering acceptance, as well as the handling methods of disputes, claims and other issues of international engineering projects, so as to lay a solid foundation for participating in the management of engineering projects, especially international engineering projects. The course has strong applicability, practicality and operability. Based on the actual cases of engineering contract management, theoretical teaching, case analysis and practical teaching are used to understand the contents of FIDIC contract conditions and improve students' legal thinking and contract awareness of engineering management. |
