Its main contents are as follows: 1 An overview of private equity and venture capital concepts, the development history of venture capital in China, compared with U.S. venture capital, 2 Introducing the organization of venture capital and private equity, including the principal-agent problem between investors and venture capitalists,and it related to adverse selection, moral hazard and so on, 3 Introducing the venture capital process ,the investment and financing methods, including the valuation models of companies, net cash flow analysis methods, 4 Connection with China Growth Enterprise Market, introducing examples of venture capital and development in China, as well as the relevant laws and regulations of venture capital. 5 A lot of case studies and analysis are included. It includes exploring the development and investment in artificial intelligence and new energy industries in conjunction with the market.
