Project Appraisal mainly teaches knowledge such as Necessary of investment project, Condition of project construction, Technical condition assessment, Project organization and human resource, Investment estimate and financing, Financial base data, Finance appraisal of project, National economics appraisal of project, Society appraisal of project, Uncertainty analysis of project, Selection of projects and so on. It is a professional main course of engineering management and a specialized elective course of economics and management in the whole school. This course helps students to master the basic theories and methods of project establishment and decision-making, then understand the priorities and working methods of the previous stage of project construction.The course is the comprehensive application of the basic knowledge of mathematics, economics, management, project management and construction laws and regulations which enables students to understand and apply relevant knowledge in the project environment.
