The "Project Finance" course is a specialized course designed for Investment Studies majors. Successful project financing is a necessary prerequisite for the implementation of investment projects. These projects strive to achieve financing plans that meet the needs of project construction, have reliable sources of capital, possess reasonable financing structures, incur low financing costs, and bear minimal financing risks. This ensures smooth project execution and ultimately the realization of investment benefits. The course emphasizes the combination of theory and practice, developing students' abilities in project investment and financing analysis, application of financing tools, and design of investment and financing plans. Course content primarily includes fundamental theories of investment and financing, frameworks for project investment and financing analysis and financial model establishment, project financing channels and tools, design of project investment and financing structures, project credit

structures, major project financing models and their development, and case studies in project financing.

本课程旨在培养学生应用投融资理论和分析工具进行项目投融资方案设计的能力。通过课程使学生系统学习投融资基础理论、项目投融资分析框架及财务模型建立、项目融资渠道及融资工具、项目投融资风险及管理、项目投融资结构设计、项目信用结构、项目主要融资模式及发展等相关模块知识，了解项目投融资运作过程，熟悉项目投融资分析框架及工具，掌握项目开发中的各类融资渠道和融资工具，了解项目投融资运作中必要法律知识，具备结合具体项目案例，进行项目投融资中风险的系统分析及管理、设计项目投融资方案的应用能力。通过我国重大项目投融资案例分析，使学生更好地了解我国投资体制改革、金融体制改革的进程，以及金融支持固定资产投资，服务我国经济高质量发展所做出的历史贡献。
