"Real Estate Economics" applies fundamental economic theories to study the laws of the real estate market and the development patterns of the real estate industry. The aim is to enable students to understand and master the natural attributes, economic attributes, and social attributes of real estate, especially the economic attributes characterized by real estate value and price, and the social attributes characterized by real estate ownership and property rights; the real estate market and its operational rules, management systems, and regulatory policies; the relationship between the real estate industry and other industries, as well as the development patterns of the real estate industry. This course not only focuses on introducing theoretical knowledge but also strengthens practical teaching to help students master real estate market analysis techniques and methods, enhancing their ability to analyze the real estate market and policies. |
