课程以实践为导向，致力于培养学生在创新创业领域的战略性思维和系统化实践能力，帮助学生深度认知如何通过金融赋能科技企业发展。课程通过带领学生参访科技创新企业，深入了解企业发展的痛点与融资需求；组织与创投基金的访谈交流，学习资本赋能科技的核心逻辑；并指导学生设计创业项目、撰写商业计划书、开展商业路演，全面提升学生在创新创业过程中的实操能力和领导潜力。课程内容通过案例分析、项目实践和小组协作，聚焦于培养学生在真实场景中，识别科技创新与市场需求的匹配机会，掌握科技企业估值、融资方案设计，提升有效向投资人进行项目展示的核心技能，为学生未来在科技金融领域实现创新驱动和资本助推的深度融合打下坚实基础。

This practice-oriented course aims to cultivate students' strategic thinking and systematic practical skills in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, helping them gain deep insights into how financial tools can empower the development of technology enterprises. The course includes visits to technology innovation companies, allowing students to understand the pain points and financing needs of businesses; interviews with venture capital funds to learn the core logic of capital empowering technology; and guidance on designing entrepreneurial projects, drafting business plans, and conducting business pitch presentations. These activities are designed to comprehensively enhance students' practical skills and leadership potential in the innovation and entrepreneurship process.

Through case studies, project-based learning, and team collaboration, the course focuses on enabling students to identify the alignment between technological innovation and market needs in real-world scenarios, master the valuation of technology companies and the design of financing solutions, and improve their ability to effectively present projects to investors. This will lay a solid foundation for students to achieve deep integration of innovation-driven development and capital facilitation in the field of technology finance.

课程目标（Course Objectives）

通过《科技金融创新创业实践》课程的学习，学生应达到以下目标：

第一，知识层面。了解科技金融的基本概念、理论框架及发展趋势，掌握科技金融赋能科技企业发展的核心逻辑。掌握商业计划书的关键内容与撰写技巧，理解商业路演中的逻辑构建与展示策略。

第二，能力层面。应用科技金融相关知识分析真实场景中的创新创业案例，评估企业融资需求并设计适配的金融支持方案。设计基于市场需求和技术创新的创业项目，撰写完整的商业计划书并开展模拟路演。评估资本对科技企业成长的作用，结合实际情况设计可持续发展的融资模式。

第三，素质层面。培养战略思维和创新意识，理解金融支持科技企业发展的经济社会意义。提升沟通能力和团队协作意识，锻炼在商业路演和项目展示中的表达与说服力。增强社会责任感，树立服务国家科技创新战略的使命感，理解科技金融在推动国家创新驱动发展中的重要作用。
