嘉宾简介：Catherine Casamatta is a Professor in Finance at the Toulouse School of Management and the Toulouse School of Economics (Toulouse Capitole University). She obtained a Doctorate at ESSEC and then an accreditation to supervise research in Management Sciences. Her research focuses on corporate finance and governance, venture capital, socially responsible investment and digital finance. She has been published in international journals such as American Economic Journal: Microeconomics, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Review of Finance or Review of Financial Studies. She co-leads the Sustainable Finance and Responsible Investment research initiative with TSE and Ecole Polytechnique. She has been a member of the Board of Directors at Actia Group since 2017, a member of the Scientific Council of Autoritédes Marchés Financiers since 2020 and a fellow of the Institut Bachelier since 2021.
